Lots of runs, lots of groups.

Well, things are started to get more serious. This week has seen a Tuesday morning run, a Thursday morning run and anticipated runs on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Keep your eyes open on emails for days, times and locations and find ones that work for you.

As we begin to up our mileage it will be important for everyone to listen to their bodies. We will need to be smart about increasing our distance carefully. There is a great article about strategies for long runs in this month's Runner's World that is well worth reading.
